To request a return or refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product and provide details and photos of the wrong or damaged product. Once we receive your request, we will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly and efficiently as possible.

We offer you two options: replacement or refund. If you want a replacement, we’ll send you an equivalent product as soon as possible. If you want a refund, we will refund you the full amount of the product (including shipping costs) within 10 working days of receiving the wrong or damaged product.
